if u got the power cable running along sode the RCA cable (left and right audio) this can sometimes cause interference apperently. i got mine right next to eachother though and have got no problems at all..
i had this prob when i fitted a cheap amp 2 power me componants i bought a supressor from motorworld for a tenner which plugs straight in2 me rca leads on the amp its not 100% cured it but its quietened it down a lot
not that am sayin u got a cheap amp or owt mate
the buzzing noise is from the altanator (spelling!!!) to fix this you need a niose suppersor, there cheap and aviable from any car audio place, are both of ur amps earthed to the same place??
