x16xe sump on e16se

Im sure i read that the x16xe has more baffling than the 16se sump pan. Is this right?

Does it fit? I take it it is a straight swap. Is the windage tray out the 16se still used? Does the 16xe have a windage tray.

some x16xe sumps have differences with baffling. They dont appear to have different part numbers.
R90 400 134 is a part number on a x16xe sump i bought recently and it appears to have just one top baffle (crank scraper)
another R90 400 134 x16xe sump i have has 2 layers of baffles with a bridge piece in between; so 3 pieces altogether. Although the top crank scraper baffle is identical on both.
But ive no idea how compatable it is with the e16se. The x16xe sumps dont use cork gaskets.

I take it its like this then peester. is the top part meant to be the windage tray as opposed to the 16se its sandwiched between the gaskets?
