honestly, a decent set of gas struts & some new bushes with the original springs.

ask your local motor factors for bilstein/boge/monroe etc but make sure they are gas struts.

the original front struts had the bottom plates 25mm lower, but these aren't available any more..

the gte was -25mm over a std nova. for great road handling don't go much below -50mm, but if you want a cool look, then go lower, its your money, so its your choice

if you have a genuine gte, it was a fine handling car when new.. 20+ years ago....

the springs were the stiffest oe ones made. as for bouncy, new dampers fix bounce.

over stiffening a nova should be a crime, as it ruins the fun. and the arb's on the gte sorted out the body roll
