Lift is in the Haynes manual.
IIRC standard duration was something like 250. Thats from rough memory from years ago though.

it has journal diameters 1 to 5 39.435 to 40.450 mm , not even sure what that means, im gonna have to look up journal in the bloody dictionary cos im thick as sh1t

oh adam, while your here, i saw in your project thread youve filled alot of inlet manifolds.
did you have an problems with any of those ? the stuff breaking up, or iffy fueling ?

You will find some values on the cat cams site. Lift is the height the valve moves of the seat. Duration is the amount of degrees the valve is open for.

That's the bearing tolerances. Nothing to do with lift or duration.

i think its something to do with something, as the 2.0 model is 3mm more.
doesnt make much sense to me tho, i looked online about it, apparently its taken from 2 measurements, the minimum and the maximum, divided or something ?

Yeah ive done it on a quite a few inlets. But it broke down over time. I suppose to due to being exposed constantly to petrol and vibration.
