View Full Version : c20xe cold starting ? is this normal

just put a c20xe in my nova and just wondering when cold starting i have to keep the revs on for like 2 mins only slightly or it will die ? once slightly warm it ticks over spot on drivers spot on really impressed with it just i unsure of the cold starting, it start perfect without throttle when already warm any ideas cheers dale.

cheers will give it a try tomorrow also the breather which goes from tophat to icv has been joined by together by pipping, was on it when brought engine would it be better to change to one single fresh bit of breather pipe?

Try the icv first, if the pipe is letting in air though it will alter the revs.

kk cheers lad will clean it out tomorrow and fit order some new breather anyway as tatty

IVC's are very common to clog up, i need to clean mine but never got round to it yet, 99% be the problem :thumb:
