Brought single wiper conversion kit on nye 31/12/2012 and still not received it ?
i then messaged him and was told he was involved in a car accident was unable to post it last week so i gave it another week, still nothing and he now not replying to my text or message.
unsure what to do now, let down.

Nothing much you can do then short of small claims court.

Never send fees as a gift, as unfortunately you tend to learn the hard way.

I would keep calling him, his number is on one of his for sale adverts.

this was his reply on facebook:

"I never sent it more like the stupid **** didn't pick it up from post office I've told him 3 times to give me his paypal for a refund and the stupid **** won't give is his paypal"

sent texts when u dont even have my number and i never sent it so how the **** did it return to mine beacuse u didnt accept it and didnt go back and claim it from post office stop talking **** and give me ur paypal like ive asked for 3 times now and ill refund u im not scamm artist

You should have the buyers paypal details from when he sent you gift payment - you can refund from this.

Your phone number is in your for sale adverts, so the buyer probably found it there.

yeah at least next time i wont send as gift and you got my number facebook paypal and you find it so hard i pm you again as i just buy anew wiper kit new less hassle
