Is it the bit thats threaded on both ends your after, 1 end screws into the rail and hose screws onto other end? If so ive got one here if you have no luck finding one.

Aye mate thats the bit. The original bit was swaged on to the hose.

Whats up with the pipe or do you just not have it?

The rubber hose was badly perished mate, I thought if I had just cut the outer swaged bit I could just put the new hose over the inside pipe bit and use a jubilee clip on it but the fuel is p#ssing out of it under pressure.

Keep the factory metal fitting. Cut the old hose off and replace, there are pics in my rebuild thread.

Thats what I tried benn but where the pipe section joins the nut section the fuel sprays out the joint. The hose is tight on the pipe.

Get new pipes off an Ecotec in the scrappy, they're a bit shorter but you can extend the pipes then with barbed connectors, jubilees and new pipe.

Use fuel system jubliee clips. They do up round so to speak. Give a better join.
