Just stripped the injection manifold off my e16se engine and found that there is two ports on the back off the head which water flows through into the manifold!! Iam swapping from injection too bike carbs and getting a manifold built by bogg bros!! What do I do with theses two coolant ports?? Do I blank them off or encourporate a cooling system within my new manifold???

if you are referring to the heater matrix supply then you cant block it off or there will be no route for water to circulate while the thermostat is closed.

Okay soo ill have encourporate these in my new manifold ??? What if Iam not using a heater matrix???

you should route it to the pump suction rail where the matrix return goes.
