Hey all Iam going to be rebuilding my cylinder head and after having a little look it seem the cam followers have quite a bad groove in them where the cam has been making contact, Iam wondering what are the best make to buy , i have seen ones on the bay but don't want to get something that's make of chocholate and totally balls, also going to replace the thrust pads and lifters while Iam at it.

Any help and info will be much appreciated and rep will be given ; )

Cheers
