So I'm working through what vacuum pipework I need to block of on my E16 inlet manifold, most of its simple but I have one silly question,

On my turbo ( garrett TB2555 ) I've read the actuator is plumbed into the inlet manifold, what side of the throttle body would this be on?

Also I'm thinking, would it be easier using the C16 inlet as it has no EGR needing blocked off ( I have one of these manifolds anyway )

Lastly does anyone know of a larger replacement throttle body that fits the E/C16 inlet manifold ( just saves me searching lol )

The T for the actuator pipework goes on the 'engine' side of the TB not the pipework side. As its the boost pressure there that's used to over come the spring in the actuator to drop the boost from the turbo.

there are technically 2 'actuators' in your photo.

the wastgate actuator (dirty one) should be 'T'd into the discharge side of the compressor.
and the recirc/dump valve (shiny one) should be tied into the vacuum side of the throttle body.

Cool thanks for the replies :)
