i work on a farm, i know what theyre like... not my fault people dont keep there animals in adequate cages and then wonder why theyre chickens get eaten! only nature isnt it...

meanwhile at work i can get within an arms length of one quite safely, its all down to how people treat them like any animal. People see them as vermin so they attack them, then wonder why then foxes see people as a threat and attack them, people only have themselves to blame imo

Killing to eat is nature I can understand, killing for fun I don't. 9 rabbits killed at the mother-in-laws last year, not one eaten. Filthy vermin

when and where?
your talking wet lol
tj, check your history books.... until the 50's, it was the rule, not the exception. the growth of the suburbs has a lot to answer for, before they appeared, all spare ground was for growing stuff on.. people would form a syndicate to feed up a pig, then they would kill it & use everything except the oink.. people would salt a ham & hang it over the stairs... common people had no food storage facilities.

there are loads of people who keep poultry in their gardens round here.
and the only reason no-one near you keeps pigs is on religious grounds
