fitting 5 point harnesses

hi all,
ive got some 5 point sabelt harnesses. can anyone tell me what and how many eye bolts i will need? do i need any spread plates? where do i put the points to? its a corsa b by the way.

the odd novice road rally. would it make a difference?

well, for competition, it needs to comply with msa rules, but for road use, it needs to mount to the seatbelt bolt holes. ask Mike by pm. he's done loads of corsa rally type stuff,

Are they "clip" type or bolt in type harnesses?

the have the spring clips at the end

5 harness eye bolts & 1 spreader plate for the floor pan :) (per harness)

EDIT: Make that TWO spreader plates as you'll need to weld one onto the trans tunnel (in a Corsa).
