if you mean to hide all the wires & pipes, then hiding wires is easy, you simply lengthen them & run them inside any hideaway crevices you can, under wings, inside panels etc.
pipes take a lot more thought, as you have to be careful not to get blockages or airlocks, but lengthening them is basically whats needed.

on some cars, people have made up dummy panels to hide everything too

the wiring can be run down the inner wings and across the inside of the slam panel, as for the washer and header tank they could be moved into the scuttle area and then hide that with a scuttle pan cover

its a fair bit of work when you think about it! but looks class when done right, look towards the vw boys for inspiration as IMO they seem to be the best at it

One of the easier ways to do it is to aquire another loom and use it to extend your wiring, that way it's possable to keep the colour coding of wires and avoid confusion when doing the job.

I did what Bazil said, makes things loads easier and nicer to only have one solder/crimp in each wire. Route it out the kick panel area and drill a hole behind the headlight for it to come through, then use the original plastic clips on the inside of the slam panel to keep the wiring under there above the radiator.
