could i fit carbs from a 1.2 8v to my 2.0 8v they are weber 32 34

would it give better performance? or pointless

They would need to be rejetted with a different manifold and too be honest t40s are to small better with 45s

I'd say a 32/34 would be a shade on the small size for the 2.0...

40's or 45's would be better and easier to fit.
