Hi is a fuel pressure reg needed on a c20xe conversion with spi tank and astra mpi pump in also what size pipe is necceserry? And how to change pipe with what? If that makes sence

No you should just need the std one.

Do you mean feul lines? 8mm feed 6mm return iirc.
