hey peeps - newbie wantin advice please!!!

im a newbie on here - i dont own a nova, but me gf has just bought 1. (i won a peugeot 306 myself)

iv never really been a big fan of novas - too many of them wiv neon washer jets and 3 spoke alloys. however every so often 1 goes past that really turns my head. i went to donny south yesterday and there were some nice little 2.0 novas there.

neway, me girlfriend has just bought a 1.2 nova thats a j reg - absolutely mint in silver. (little old lady owner from new - 60k miles, fsh, 12 months tax and mot - ?500)

just got a few questions for people on here.

1. how much should she have paid for this?
2. what phase is this?
3. she wants to clean it up a bit, but not to become a 'girl - racer'. what would people on here suggest?
4. what do gsi wheels cost on average (in good condition)?

cost around ?2-800 depending on condition.

You have contradicted yourself by saying you think they look daft on three spokes and then asked for a price on GSi alloys :!: (between ?50-100 dependent on centre caps and tyres)

The J reg was a MK2 or B as there sometiomes known.

only had it a month so no not that much. off the top of my head i have bought cyclones (306gti-6 alloys, and had them re-furbed), Fogs, colour coded interior and exterior, alpine cd player, sony speakers, M3 wing mirrors, clear repeaters, and im getting an amp and a new steering wheel fitted next week (they are sitting in my garage)

just coz i dont have a full body kit dont mean i dont like modding. just havin cash flow problems atm coz of holidays (past and future :D:D:D)

My cars not to my tastes either.

And i do like pug 306's. Just don't like any car with four doors. Dont dislike them, but have a preference of less doors.

'Learn to spell' - not an insult, but a reference to you almost snapping due to the mispelling of 'own' as won. And also to 'sun' spelt as sub.
