I have just changed from 6" 250lbs to 7" 325 lbs springs on fk coilover struts.
I have lowered the spring seat so that the ride height of the car is the same.
The bit at the top of the strut that the spring meets has a hole, and this platform is at a slight angle, Which direction should the hole be at (this is the narrowest bit)?
Also, I realised these coilovers have slightly elongated top hub holes to allow for camber adjustment. It is very slght but I have made it so the wheels sit out at the bottom. As it is not a huge angle, am I asking for trouble?
Although I have lowered the suspension to accou nt for the extra inch in length of the spring, the car actually feels slightly softer?
It's an xe
