really been dissapointed over the last couple of seasons if 6 episodes count as a season...

It's still better than watching a load of singing blokes in girls clothes.
One of the six episodes is also the Christmas special........ But not at Christmas.

Will be watching it seeing as I've seen every single Top Gear so far. Still a big fan. Can't wait :)
im looking forward to it, always worth a watch
i read that it was due to start over Christmas but was put back to Febuary due to more important stuff being put first, so Clarkson said in his Sun column
Wonder if this series includes the r/c weapon equipped demo derby.
~6 episodes-per-series is pretty standard stuff for UK TV though isn't it? Its only generally US shows that have 25-30 episodes per season.
Its still fairly entertaining though so I'll watch it, even though its the same stuff every time, just different cars (actually probably not that different lol)
Have they done the GT86 yet?
Think that's on the new series too Jack. Afaik Rich, they don't make a 4wd polo, and the A1 quatt is a limited run, they're all lhd. (And 43k!!!)
as said, 6 episodes seems the norm for the BBC :( Sherlock, silent witness etc and bear in mind that it used to be 9 episodes of TG but 3 of them were 'best of's' lol
I shall watch as my Italian lady will be featured :D and they havent let slip the lap time lol

Thats a very expensive Polo then with some extra driveshafts lol

I've the last 18 series backed up on my computer so I'll be watching these as well, tbh I still enjoy top gear regardless of the stupidity.

That's the cost of completely re-engineering a floor pan/ bodyshell to fit 4wd in I suppose lol we've got one in our showroom and I want it very very much (can you tell?) lol
This will be set for record as soon as i can haha cause I know I'll forget!
Some one pm me a week before so I can set it I record haha

Video +? lol
That's the one lol always waiting for the flicker in the top corner to know when the adverts were coming lol
My tape is full.
Last time I wanted to record something, the video ejected it because my piece of tape wasn't stuck over the protection tab fully. :(
lol @ Video+ numbers!

Betamax top loader with a remote the size of a house brick, ahh the height of technology!
Anyone remember them movie discs? A CD the size of an LP record.

Oh yes the good old Laser disc, I remember seeing those for sale in Currys when I bought my game gear when I was younger and thinking that the local Taxis would have a field day hanging those from there interior mirrors lol
I had a Philips CDi :d lol
I had to move from video 3 years ago when we were forced to digital tv. Have to say, the digital recoder is a massive leap forwards, just always reluctant to mve with the times.
I know top gear is ridiculous and silly, but that's the fun, watching 3 middleaged grumpy men making baffoons of themselves. I'm starting to sympathise!
