I personally really like HIDs, but a lot of people who have fitted them to novas have struggled to get a decent beam pattern and i think a few have taken them back out again

if your just after the look use blue bulbs, do the same job without destroying everone elses retinas! got them in my nova and vectra prefer them over oem personally

Filament bulbs won't give the same look as HIDs though, plus if its a blue-white light you're after the best you can get is 4700K and thats using expensive PIAA bulbs.

All depends on the application really. I took mine out of the cav as the beam pattern was crap, and that wasn't the worst I've seen either lol
