Will a corsa b top mount fit a nova, and would there be a durability gain by having them?

I found that the nova rubber bit is deeper than the corsa one and cannot be inter changed with the nova top mount parts. it doesnt bolt up tight and turns in the rubber bush as opposed to the bearing.
