Flo-Flex on eBay.

Ordered a complete kit, for the Nova on Wednesday night about 11PM.

Arrived today at 9AM.

One of the most comprehensive polybush sets i've came across, even down the little spring seats for the rear!

Great value as well, cost me £138 delivered for the full kit.

Grade A service.

Bet you won't be so pleased when you go to fit them lol

I bought the full set, I only used the spring seats in the end as the fitment was crap on all the rest

Should of know better really and just bought Powerflex ones in the first place

I've only ever heard bad things about flo-flex bushes, hence avoiding them like a lepper

what exactly comes in the kit then?

the powerflex bushes from rally design are far superior, and cheaper too

Ive used flow flex in the past when i had my mk2 golf and they were fine. Ive been thinking about poly bushes since i got my nova, what is included in the kit

Bought these for 3 Novas now, spot on everytime, no problems with fitment and a great fast service.

I have today just fitted powerflex bushes all round. Must say in all fairness what a difference it makes I have never done it before and I was shocked

here
Had to cut them to fit as they were nearly an inch proud!
Excuse the spade handle, there was a couple of shifty looking fukktards walking in the middle of the road thinking they were bad men that day.lol

That's what mine were like, front tie bars and bottom arm ones were the same, I didn't want to fit them

I didn't have an issue with mine, no cutting required.

Never had an issue with Flo-Flex myself...bought and used the complete rear set, steering rack bushes and exhaust mounts. All were good fit and excellent value

Very poor quality feeling compared to the other brands. My arb bushes split within a month. Would only ever use the ones you can't get from elsewhere like the rack

Depends what type of use etc, i'm just doing a refresh so not fussy.

the front shock top mount bushes and rear platforms are thicker than the original too, so they raise the car up a bit.

i fitted some 4/5years ago and i had to modify them a tadge to fit.

Always ordered poly bushes from euro rally!

Think they where power flex, but are ace much improvement over standard.

Archie, how did you get on fitting these any issues???

Ive got flow flex bushs on mine, they fitted fine without any issues, i know what you mean about being proud on the rear beam, but i really didnt find it that bad. but theyre comfortable i find. not so harsh perhaps as others being softer. but depends all on taste

I have flo-flex on the rear of my nova. Rear beam bushes were really tight on the rear beam mounts. Eventually got them in, never thought to cut them though lol

I wouldn't touch the exhaust rubbers again, they really don't have enough if any play in them to tweak the position.

Does any other companies do as many of the bushes as FlowFlex do?

I had them on my old nova and your right, once fitted there's no movement. I had solid engine mounts though so I didn't really find that an issue tbh.
