PayPal withdrawal times?

I'm a little confused about PayPal withdrawal times, I remember it used to be a few days unless you paid the fiver to speed it up, then recently I was surprised when it said a couple of hours and it was in almost instantly, then yesterday it said 2 to 3 days again, what's going on?

It was indeed instant/2 hours last time I did it as I was shocked at how much better it was.

Hope it hasnt changed back!!
