C20let inter cooler

Hi all I am halfway through doing my c20let nova and I am trying to get my inter cooler to sit behind the front bumper with out cutting the bumper has any one got any advise for me on what is the best way as I don't won't the intercooler hanging out the front I don't want to be able to see

I have seen people cut a section out the front panel so it sits back further obviously you would have to strengthen the panel. Hope this helps.
