i can't believe they didn't have a die grinder, or if they did, i can't believe they didn't use it....
they must drink a lot of horlicks to be able to sell that as a performance item
this was the oem xe manifold mowgli which prob was on the cav since new lol lol
I think the later manifolds are worse, I have one from the calibra donor, which is like the above, but I'm running one from a GTE, which is fine. is made from a totally different material as well, like a cheap stainless as it's still shiney 20 years on, unlike the one off the barge which is red rusty lol

the welded 1.8K Rover ones are just about as bad.
I'm sure mine is just as bad mate. I didnt want to grind it down incase it weakens it.

That's shocking! No doubt it'll seem alot quicker and pull much harder with the new one on :thumb:
this is for my white cav thats just a daily dude
already feels better with the john ashley one now lol
ha ha, my paint skills know no bounds lol
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to Lewis. again :(
i'm sorry pie, i can't believe someone quality controlled that abhorration for OE use, so naturally, i guessed it was just some shonky tuning part.
Maybe 90s Vauxhalls aren't the executive, high quality, finely tuned performance machines we think they are after all. :(
Are you 100% certain thats a genuine vauxhall manifold?

nah got to be a better explanation then that, maybe just maybe this was caused by the millennium bug, the bug is finally showing its nasty side after 14 years hidden in pies engine
always knew pie would have some part in the end of the world, and now i have proof, well done pie
i got 3 xe oem manis here from breaking engine and they all got welds in
as lewis says the late xe one are shocking i checked on a mate calibra tonight
good old vauxhall hay lol
