Hi all jave just bought a c20seh cav sri engine i believe and was looking to see what bits i would need to gather up to complete the conversion as it stands the cars a spi 1.2 ive got . . .

shafts , engine , gearbox , wireing loom , coil , dizzy etc it was fitted in a corsa and ive just bought the job lot also got a single V belt pully if thats required thanks Nath.

yes , most of the bits are there never done a conversion before and dont know what alls needed aside from the bits from the corsa

you can fit a 20seh to an f13 box. you need to find an astra 1.7d non turbo flywheel. and if you are careful with a bit of slight modification to the alternator bracket & bolt, you don't need to bash the chassis. then all you need to do is modify the front engine mount bracket to fit.

before anyone calls BS, this is how lynz's car was done by specky i believe.

50mm to long, they need to be 310mm and 660mm, you could machine them down or but new ones

IIRC you can use the standard cav mount and add something like a 40mm space to raise it to the correct height
