my brake master cylinder in leaking out of the rear seal so it needs changing.

so i was wondering what i hat to do with the load sensing values ie seals or cleaning them as ive changing master cylinders on other cars but nether hat to deal with load sensing vaules screwed in the side.

thanks in advance

go and lie down, then just change the seals

simply swap the valves over to the new cylinder if you buy one, but as ML says, just get a seal kit & change the seals, its cheaper & only takes a few minutes to do

Im gonna see how much a new cylinder is tomorrow when places are open. Where do i get a seal kit from? Would my local motorfactors have them or vauxhall.

imo i wouldnt bother forking around with seals for the price of a master cylinder, there cheap as chips on ebay

I meant the seal between the master cylinder and the load sensing values

Look up the part number and get new ones from vauxhall

its just a square section o ring, isn't it? a decent hydraulic shop would have one
