Has anyone on here ever asked the missus for a car part or tools for birthday, valentines day, annerversary or xmas? I do it every year she says no and i buy it anyway and get it delivered elswere lol

Yeah, she has bought me an ally jack, money toward my Snap-On roll cab and loads of other bits over the years. Rather she buy something I will use rather than some random useless present.

I got mine on a xmas offer last year off the snapon fella up tbe road, they were selling them £200 cheeper and i got £250 trade in on my old roll cab (that i found on a tip) so i was made up with that and its wide enough for my 36" pry bar but it is getting rather full and im building up to ask her if i can trade this one in for a bigger one lol

Last year she got me vouchers for the snap-on van and sorted out the guy to come to my house with the snapon van lol

im sure my bird loves me having a hobby and really likes me spending my money on it rather then beer, but i know for a fact she hates seeing the car bits in the house :roll:, but from what ive heared her and her mother have brought me tools and other bits to get my car going :)

My misses always buys me car parts for Xmas, birthdays etc, this year I've got (well had) new headlights, hid fogs, new gearstick and hand brake gaitor, and a low entry jack :)

when we first went out, she would sneak into a certain large brand car accessory outlet & buy those awful dodgy gift sets...

then it progressed onto clarkson videos.... and eventually clarkson paperback books...finally the kids got me some stig stuff, but i've been tat free for about 4 years.

The mrs has bought me work tools before but never for the nova. But tbh you only need a 10mm,13mm and a screwdriver for the nova lol so I have everything!

For xmas The mrs got me an electric roller garage door And a floor creeper, and I got her an X14XE and stainless 4 branch manifold for her nova :)
