Genuine reason for reluctant sale.
Car built in 2011
Its had a bare shell rebuild, sandblasted, every nut/bolt/bush is new, everything has been stripped, cleaned and painted, right down to the petrol tank straps!

Car has covered 1600 miles since being built, as stated nearly all parts were new!
Shell:
1991 J reg, 3 door non sunroof '1.2i spin' shell
Sandblasting was the first thing I did to the car, car was built on a rollover jig, so everywhere was acessible.
Stitch welded front to back, top to bottom, every single last seam.
Harry Hockley (not cheap immitation) plating kit, all plates fitted, including the rear beam plates.
Seat rails fitted
All un-used extra bracketry removed for weight
Harness Eyelets welded in
Full Harry Hockley weld in rollcage, through to front turrets
Spare wheel well removed
Rear turrets installed for coilovers
New GM Doors sourced (3 years old) slightly crease in one corner (dropped when put on)
Fibreglass tailgate
Fibreglass Bonnet
GSi Kit
Aerocatches on bumper, bonnet and tailgate
Polycarb windows
Bare shell respray in Ford Frozen White
Underneath finished in Hammerite smooth white
Suspension
GAZ Coilovers (1600miles old) 275lb fr springs, 325lb rear springs, graphs from new, all C spanners
Compbrake Eccentric top mounts
Rear beam modified to strengthn coilover mounting point to a load bearing point for the shock, and moved coilover in and down so it sits straighter.
Rear GSi ARB
New Red (Race) polyurethane bushes allround, every single bush on the complete car.
GSi tie bars
Quaiffe Quick Rack
New rack gaiters, bottom ball joints, wheel bearings etc
Plated lower arms
Brakes
280mm front discs (Meriva)
Mintex 1144 front pads
Early Cav Turbo fr calipers, new seals, stripped cleaned and rebuilt
New brake lines all round, copper fr to rear,
Stainless stell flexi lines
New drums on rear, new wheel cylinders, shoes, handbrake cables.

Rebuilt C20XE (new rings, shells, reseated valves, stem oil seals etc)
