hi i know there is a sticky on this just wanted some simpler anwsers
im in the process of buying a 2.0 8v from a cavalier sri130 just wondered what i would have to change in order for it to go in to my nova its a 1.2 carb saloon thanks
You need, injection tank and lines, big block shafts and mounts and a bit of know how!

cool are the corsa mounts the same as the nova as i converted my corsa and thn broke it>?
tbh, its almost the same conversion as doing an XE

well there is a 2.0 going on here ive only ever done one engine change and that was in my corsa and that was a c20seh just wondering if the mounts are the same and how much extra work it would be
nope the o/s mount is different as is the shafts

You need an injection tank. Fuel pump,Front top mount. Rear spacer on the gear box. Big block drive shafts, all avaliable in my for sale thread lol.

ive read this lol and its very long hauled lol but really informative thanks very much just try and find an engine hopefully now
its an easy conversion mate tbh
tbh, if you haven't even got an engine, i'd get an XE as its the same amount of work, unless you can get an SE/H cheapy cheap

found an engine well 2 seh :D however cant pick them up till new years eve as thats when ill be at my mums where my garage is and i dont really want to be draggin it home to drag it to my mums so hopefully they will still about when it comes to the day fingers crossed
