View Full Version : 4 branch painting/coating
what's the best paint to use? or no point as it'l burn off?
don't realy want to wrap it as heard it can rot the manifold?

the pipe used is really thin & the heat it gets will simply burn stuff off..
you might get away with wood burning stove enamel, but it stinks
what about having it coated ?

With what? Powder will burn off in no time. I would wrap it
You could get it ceramic coated? not cheap though

leave it natural the way God intended for manifolds and rich tea bisuits, plain.
ya ceramic coated ?
and lol ML
everything except ceramic will burn off, and wrap looks crap after a couple of hundred miles. Plain is for the win :thumb:

Did a bit of research on this myself and POR 15 seems to be recommended highly...
