Some people like to have the bar, some don't. I don't think there is a definitive answer (its been covered many times before) as its down to personal preference. Since you have it already, why not try the car with it off and then on and see if you notice\appreciate the difference. It doesn't take long to fit, so give it a try.

Personally I would use it

Cheers
If you like understeer leave if off, if you don't fit it
I personally thought my XE was dangerous without
All depends on your suspension setup and spring rates
Try it, if you dislike it then you are a man.

I fitted mine to my c20xe nova after about 6 months of driving without it,I left it on for a road test the took it off as soon after fitting it !! about 1 hour
After testing around Cadwell Park on my Nova, I left mine on.

I tried placing it up to the tie bars today and and the bar touches the exhaust down pipe and blocks touching the drivers tie road about an inch at the front corner.... any suggestions..??
Check IaiaiaiaiianImABigGayAndLikeUndersteeringRubberARB ****e's thread, he had to use a fair amount of spacers to clear his system.

anti roll bars generally result in less grip

Proper ARB lowering blocks and a selection of universal 8mm ID shim units below that to make it fit.
