Thinking about doing Brands end of Jan as I cant wait till the spring to abuse the nova. Now my question is if its a dry day but with track/air trmp hanging around single figures, will generic track day tyres such as 888's get up to usable temp or be a big bag of fail?

Honest opinion, not worth wasting your money, as we did Oulton Park in the winter think it was Jan, it was slippy foggy and icey and got called off for fog viability etc..

I did a trackday in feb a few years ago heavy snow the week before but was cold but dry on the day and I used my 888 and they were spot on even if it was wet it would have still been fun

I would use Toyo R1R for wet/damp days
