Retro games consoles

I just bought a super nintendo off fleabay,dont know why.I wasnt even drunk either lol i was sitting with my son last night discussing old games etc. just wondered if anybody else still remembers the better games from the era i could buy for it apart from mario etc.

a megadrive for the sonics

I still have a sega master system and megadrive and a Nes in the loft somewhere. Might have to dig them out can't beat some old skool gaming

I love my retro games, I have a complete collection of Master System games, its my favourite console.

You MUST get Super Punchout for your Snes, its a brilliant game, best 2D boxing game ever. I'd also recommend any of the Super Star Wars games, Yoshi's Island, Donkey Kong Country, Batman Returns and Fzero.

I have: NES, SNES, N64, Mastersystem 1 and 2, Megadrive 1 and 2 from that era. Like collecting consoles but never play them :/ I want to get a multimega like I had back in t'day.

I collect them, have no idea why :/ they just sit in boxes.

Tried the megadrive the other day and tbh it was just a pain in the bum. I couldn't make it reach the sofa from the tv. Fail!

Yeah,suppose you take wireless controllers for granted now.

Get an extension cable for the controllers, problem solved. Wireless controllers are all well and good, but a pain needing batteries for them or having to charge them up with the console with a cable, not so wireless then.

Never got a game gear, or the atari lynx, did want a jaguar, a mega cd, and a Panasonic 3DO as that had the first an best Need for Speed game..

I used to have the nintendo NES action set with mario brothers and duck hunt !!!! amazing back in the day !!!!!!
