Coilovers rub

hi bought Gaz coilovers an they rub my front wheel and iam wondering csn i spacer it out an what size would i need??? cheers

What size springs did you get? They come in two different thickness'es. Start with the smallest spacer 2-3 mm and go up as you need too. The smaller the better.

You can use a 5mm spacer with your standard wheel studs but anything bigger you would have to get longer studs

came off a corsa let but it looks more like the bottom height adjusters th are rubbing

My wheels rubbed the height adjuster collar as I did not want to run spacers I used shorter springs as that allowed the collar to move up away from the tyre

As above shorter springs to raise the platform should do it

Yeh had to run shorter springs on any of my nova/corsas that i had coilovers on to get the necessary clearance, there not overly expensive. I bought mine from rally design in the past and theyve have been great. Also handy for getting higher poundage springs if running an C20XE or the like.
