Got A Rusty Rear Arch And Was Wondering If It's Still Possibly To Get Them All Modded So I Can Slam 60-80mm And Still Fit 15"-17" Rims, Anyone Know How Much Its Costs To Get Done And Where I Can Go (Up In Scotland, Any Idea's Ballsy ???)

Is it MK1 or MK2?

Can't get it rolled, as with a rusty arch, no reputable bodyshop will go near it! It'll crack.

BUT, you can get it cut back, up to the weld, and sealed up.

Though it'd be better to get them to fit a new rear arch repair panel (depending on how bad it is, may need whole rear quarter?), cut the arch back, and seal it/re-paint it.

Front arches will only need cutting back for the 17's, tho ALL this depends on what offset wheels you choose.

Get as close to 49mm for 15's as you can, and 45mm for 17's.

Any decent bodyshop should be able to do this, but go to one that's done something similar before.

Cost? Can't say without seing your arch.

Cut back and reseal only = from ?40 - ?120 (for both rear arches).
Cut back and reweld, with re-spray = STARTING at ?180.

On general - NO.

But actually possible - How wide are they. And what are the tyres.

My 195's rubbed very slightly, I fitted 185's and it stopped.
