what kind of insurance reduction would i get if i joined the PNG?? bear in ming that my nova is bogger than bog standard :)

How old are you cossieking? Do you have any no claims discount as they are the only place that will insure me 20 2yrs no claims, on a 2ltr 16 valve nova for sensible money i.e ?700-?1200.

i'm 17 wiv a 1.2, the chap gave me a quote of ?1800, and he said thats wivout mods, he said wiv mods they wont insure me, even being a png member

Adrian Flux seem a bit shit for 20 and under on 'normal' cars like 1.2/1.3/1.4's so try www.cis.co.uk

I tried Adiran Flux, as recomended by the PNG, and their quote was TWICE as much as I ended up paying!
I'm now with Performance Dirrect, and paying ?250/yr with ?400 excess. See my car in the Members Cars - Richard Dales Antibes. I'm 23 now though, but 22 when I took out that insurance, so it'll be a good bit more than that if you're younger. Also, my sister got a quote from Performance Dirrect, for her TOTALLY STANDARD Fiesta MKIII, and they wern't the cheapest. Mine is cheeper to insure modified than standard, from the quotes I got!

I would join the PNG anyway it's good for the 5-6 magazines they send out every year full of articles about novas/corsas

Alot of Insurance companys don't like insuring peeps under 21 because the monkeys that go around stealing our cars are about 12 years old. It's a bitch, but it's one of them things. Join P.N.G anyway, for around ?20, you might aswell :)
