Just bought a set was just wondering whats the best way to set them up as in how soft or hard height etc an aslo whats the best way to stop the threads gettin tooshed???:thumb:

you set it to your preferance thats why they are adjustable
set it then take it out if your not happy adjust abit more thats how i did mine you get there in the end lol
as for the threads copper slip works well or motorbike chain lube

waxoyl is pretty good at protecting threads, and is less likely to wash off than copper slip
