i have just bought a Icv of ebay new for £10 is that to cheap? Would it be inferior part and not work properly?. I say this because i had a problem with my old one and its still there with this new one fitted :(

It always amazes me how people just replace parts willy nilly without having done a proper fault finding diagnosis beforehand.
What is wrong with the engine?

you have to set them before installing them

It wasnt meant to be funny or a dig,its just i have seen people on here in the past replace every single electrical part on the say so of an internet mechanic only to find its something ridiculous like a crap connection.

As novasrikev said its on my other thread, it seems it could be a whole list of items causing this problem . O joy :)

i think it tells you in the haynes manual but cant be sure fella
