Mk1 & Mk2 Rebuild.....

well finaly moving into a new place, and this one got some spare land for me, i have now collected 2 really nice decent shells a Mk1 Nova Saloon and a MK2 GSI Rep. luckly both cars have never seen a welded..

i move in just after xmas day. so starting new year is the starting of 2 projects for me the loon a more subtle clean look and the Hatchback will be returned into the sweet thing it was before

and me Toy im building: alots changed though... wheels are now gone as this has been stored for a while.. so all fresh for this one :) as you probily see from my parts wanted list... this build is putting it back to it former glory with new tricks and treats

well got round to stripping some of the white one down and treated me self to a few new garage toys


that what looks like rust luckly is the seal just broke away lucky its going for a seam weld

Saloon looks mint and thats a decent sized garage you have got there

these where its at now are 3 old council garages across the road from the mothers i sorta took them over when aspire brought the land and never took responsibility for the upkeep ect... there great but due to legal reasons i can not do anything with them just yet, so its now been moved to mine and the missus new pad, but the garage is bigger and possibility of a nice long carport to join on :cool:

yeh the loons awesome, only had it around 6 month, needed a bit of a clean up and a set of coilies to bring it back to earth lol.... still lost for wheels i change my mind every day :confused:
i was going gauge interest for a sale with it but, i love having it a round. me CDX cav does all the big miles :d

I bought and painted sr steels but due to having to run spacers for the big brakes im thinking of going for somthing else but i want to be different and am thinking of renault turbines. I want a bigger garage but its finding one up here without a holey azzy roof plus the one ive got can bee seen from my house so it helps me sleep better being able to keep an eye on it and the nova just squeezes in now so i cant complain realy

i like the SR steelies a mate of mine matt hes got a set on a 3 door loon. was a lad on here who had a very clean banned set but i lost the pm :(
i like the idea reno turbines.... id love see a set of dished wires on though..
