nova slam panel

i just got a nova 1.4i merit a few months ago as a little project car but does need a bit of work mainly on the slam panel which is rotten in one corner how easy are they to remove and how much for a new one rest of car is pretty clean just a few rust spots on arches and roof but help with the slam panel would be great cheers

they are welded on the edges to the inner wings, to the light supports and to the centre bar (runs up the length of the rad).

TBH is its only rotten on one side prob easier (unless you know someone or can do welding) to derust, clean off and build up using fibreglass.

My slam panel all round my lights were totally rotten - but welds were still solid as was basic frame. Just cleaned it up and made fibreglas structure - totally solid!

Personally I'd recommend having the whole panel replaced, if its rotten in the corners it'll be bad elsewhere.
