Where does it go?

There is a q about the fuel sender unit, im just wondering what part of the tank does it sit in, iv tried 2 do it 5 times, and am just gonna get a new tank! il give it 1 more go 2moro, just need 2 know where the float is supposed 2 locate into!

it locates into the swirl pot inside, well im sure thats where i pulled it out from.

underneath at the rear of the tank. iv only ever had a carb version off so not sure about swirl pot.

Rite got it sussed in work 2day.....................

The pickup goes into the swirlpot, and the float just off the pot at the side!
If ne1 changes it and finds it doesnt read, try taking the car 4 a spin, switch off the ignition, and then back on, i also got a digi dash!

Ben i wont b needing that tank now, so that can come off my list lol!
