5 stud on a Nova?

trying to look into this. what would be the easiest way of fitting 5 stud wheels on a nova. I have read that fitting 5 stud hubs requires milling the hub for different bearings. plus what way does it work for the shafts?

would it just be easier to get hub adapter plates made up? anyone done it before and whats it like arch clearance-wise??

Depends whether your on small block or big block? And whether your running rear disks or not?
