They are pretty rife just now. There must be something maybe your first post must be in a newbie section. At least that would stop them posting all over the place

On another forum I am on you have to have your first 5 posts approved by a moderator before they show?

We're working on it. We already have a registration question, but it seems they've either learned it or got round it lol

First post moderation is fine but I don't really fancy my inbox junking up with mod requests - plus if we get 99 bot moderations its too easy to miss the 1 legit moderation request.

If you think the spam is annoying the hell out of you, try being the one that has peeps texting them to let them know the forum is awash with shoite, and then trying to moderate a mirrion spam threads, on your mobile, at the back of the warehouse and not get caught by the boss lol

I usually write witty messages to them as i can them, things like....

'noone actually reads your posts you know, we just delete them, i hope this makes you feel empty and sad, and makes you long for the day you pick up the razor and end it all'
