5 speed box

Right atm im doing alot of motorway rund in my nova and as eco as she is i want to fit a 5 speed box to save just that bit more fuel. Im willing to px my 4 speed box which has coverd 81k and is mint and what gearboxes can i fit withthout having to fit a different clutch

will a gearbox from a mk3 1.4 8v astra be a strait fit?
