your original paint will be faded, so matching it from a sample of paint might be a better bet.

There is a place in kirkby stephen called mark johns motors that have got a painter called peter (my faher inlaw)who used to be a painter in vauxhalls when they still sold novas and he was telling me the other day that he had some old vauxhall paint sheets as i was asking him about the colour of sr steels so it might be worth going down there and picking his brains
