rear arch repair

One of my rear arches is in a terrible state of rust and even has a chunk missing from the front..

What's the best way to repair this?

I know welding is an option, but I've also seen rear arch repair panels.. do these require the arch bein cut and the new one welded on?

there is two ways either a full quarter panel or repair panel but you will probably need a inner arch repair panel as well though

got the same on mine the repair panel will need welding have you sorced one yet seem quite cheep
