Nova GTE, 83k, 2 owners..

Hello, after much thought, im offering my GTE on here cheap, before it hits ebay.

Its a Black GTE, completely standard, the story goes it was stolen when it was 2 years old in London and then stored for 10 years plus..

Sadly it is Q plated, re registered in 1997.. (It does not bother me).. HPI last month comes back as totally clear...

It has 11 months MOT, can tax at cost. Just had new cambelt/water pump- front discs and pads, rear cylinders and more..


It needs a front wing sorting (its a bit rippled) and drivers door got some dents. Fuel guage is not working, at the mo, be wiring to sender, as tank looks newish.... i expect. Can only find one bit of welding done, thats in the battery tray. It really is a solid shell, im a garage owner, you can have it up in the air on one of me ramps and check..

Im after a caged track car, this has a sunroof and it far too nice to butcher..:cry:

Still here, looking at ebay prices.....its cheap me thinks..?
Had a recent full service incl cap/leads etc etc... new set of expensive locking wheel nuts, also meant to say it has deadlocks and central locking works fine !

Thats correct, see the same thread on the sx200 site. To be fair he did a lot of work to it. I have lots more, but i cringed when i saw pics of battery tray!.. but it is a really good shell, better than most i have seen being worked on PNG . I did some detective work on Q plate story. I spoke to original, original, owner.. She had it stolen, when it was 2 years old.. She got paid out and bought it as salvage...
It was then stored for 10 years and a friend of a friend took it as payment for some work on her house. he tarted it up and sold it to mr whizzkid...
Im loving it, drives great... im just in a quandry..
I have a solid white merit non sunroof shell which was bought to make into a track car, then this GTE came along, i cant face cutting up this GTE to reshell into the non sunroof shell, hence i wish somebody would buy it and love it !!
