How do you remove one of these without damaging it or the dash? Or can i remove the dash with it in?

I would say the surround or fascia comes off first to reveal the fixings.
Can you not remove the vent panel and glovebox to look from inside the dash?

Ive not had chance to have a proper look tbh, i didnt know that the glovebox was removeable

Sussed it, i pulled the knobs off which revealed 2 nuts behind them that held the facia on and then it popped ot with a flat head screwdriver

Dont know yet, i just need a cd player in it atm as im doing alot of motorway miles in it atm
