View Full Version : Fuel line length for 3 door nova hatch.

What length would I need to re do the Nova? I take it the pipe work doesn't have to be pieced together like it is at present and can be run in a continuous length?

Yes continuous length is better if anything. What tank are you using?

Less joins = less potential leakages.

5 meteres is MORE then enough to do a Nova (feed & return).

EDIT: Providing your using OEM position fuel tank.

Cheers, ill have a look. Can see braided 5m length without end fittings on eBay for 50 notes.

i used corsa b lines from a scrap car i had and just used some 8mm rubber petrol pipe from factors to join the connections for the tank / inlet

Same here: Corsa B lines and also the clips to lock them in place as some of the metal bends had broken...

I grabbed some 8mm microbore from me local b&q for my fuell lines iirc, may have been abit smaller mind
