hello. newbie gonna be needing some engine advice and parts

Alright folks joined up here for advice on my c16se engine which Im currently gonna be fitting in my mini project. Gonna be running 40s and want to get the most I can get out of it. Will also be looking for plenty tuning parts over the coming months. Will stick a project thread up soon. Also building a mk3 astra estate gsi with gsi rear bumper and a saab b204.

I hate Mini's, although I hate them less when fitted with a vauxhall engine.
